@VicLombardi @Avalanche @nuggets I get what she’s saying. I’d be willing to pay the fee, but MOST comcast customers would never watch it and they shouldn’t be forced to pay. Make it an add on or better yet go straight to streaming.

Xfinity, a TV provider, makes a smart TV app that’s literally called Stream that has some of the worst playback issues of any streaming app I’ve ever used.

@GergelyOrosz My favorite story about implied localization was when in the early 2000s I tried to cancel my comcast service in CO with my NJ cell phone number and they just kept auto redirecting my calls in circles to the wrong call center that couldn’t help me.

Amusing but sad how @Xfinity will offer to engage a customer who is thinking of canceling service - by patronizing with existing current offers that the same customer can see on the Comcast website.That dishonesty doesn't inspire confidence or trust. Or future loyalty.

@TrustlessState @lessin I understand the point and generally agree with you but I give money to comcast every month and it sucks. Do it have alternatives? Sort of. If starlink brought fast cheap, transparent internet - I'm gone. My point is you can't stay here forever (and we won't).
