I’ve gone toBellagio about 4times now and each time was apleasant experience. Ask for Steve! He’s very nice and make sure the nail shape isgood and not too bulky! It’s anice little nail salon, Irecommend!!

I’m not sure ifthe gentleman wasnew, but this just was not worth $40. The color was wrong even though icalled out the exact number twice but Ifigured Iwould just leave that alone. But the worst part isthat the entire cuticle area ofthe nail isn’t painted and for the amount ofcorrection hedid there ispolish onmy skin. It’s bulky. Hemassaged myhands for 30seconds? Iwon’t becoming back,unfortunately.

It's not mynormal shop but Iwas inthe area and gave itatry. Katie was excellent with the foot massage and she was very accommodating.

I recommend this place toanyone that asks and provides compliments onmy nails, and highly recommend seeing Steve. He's always consistent and knows exactly what Iwant and how Iwant itto look (been going tohim for over ayear!). He's very courteous and always has melooking natural. Definitely check out this place and ask specifically for Steve!!

Not happy. Not only did they uptheir prices they have made policy changes that they only tell you about ifyou ask orsay something. After they started mydaughter's nails she told them she wanted regular white polish. She tells her that she can only get gel polish. Which isextra and should bea choice. Who cares ifyou think thay itwill last longer. Mydaughter ended uppaying50.00for aset ofnails. Mindyou, she paid40.00and then after again they told her she had topay anextra10.00.Be ware ifyou goto ask questions first bchad Ibeen there she would have walked out with only two tips onor they would have finished and nopolish. They have definitely started slacking and seem torush alot. I've been acustomer since they opened, however, Iwill find anew location.… – show

I was atthis salon earlier this morning Ihave been here before Ihave had issues, main issue being getting gel nails and having them come off the next day orwithin aweek, but Ikept kept ongiving them achance but today was itI went infor apedicure and gel polish onmy hands. Iasked for aregular pedicure with callus removed and gel polish onmy hands. The gentleman did not remove the callus, heput onoil and said itwas taken careof. Inoticed the heel ofmy foot while hewas putting nail polish onmy hands that myheel was really messed upI asked him toremove mycallus again hesaid hecouldn’t doit because hedidn’t have time and Iwould have tocome back later this week which isnot convenient for meatall. Heput gel polish onmy hands, shaped mynails, Ipaid for myservice and left. Later Inoticed they charged meextra. Icalled back, not too long after Ileft and asked them that this iswhat Iwas asked for and this iswhat Iwas charged for and she said well hedid the manicure. Iwas like,I did not ask for the manicure, Iasked for apedicure with callus removed, which hedidn’tdo, plus gel polish onmy hands. The lady started yelling atme onthe phone saying ifyou are not happy with your service there’s nothing Icando. She said when hedid itwhy didn’t Isay anything then, when Iget mygel polish regularly, this isnot the first time I’m doing this, that’s the usual process they shape the nails and put the gel polishon, sowhy charge memore for the same service. Itold her Idid tell him and hesaid hedidn’t have time and started yelling over the phone saying there’s nothing she can doand Ishould pay attention and customers like mer this and that and then hung uponme. Now Ihave togo toa different salon spend more money toget the service that Iinitially request tohave done. Iam sosomad, worst service ever worst place togoto, never returning back here!!!! I went for the first time and the nail tech used the wrong size tips, the acrylic was verrrry thick and not filed down correctly. The French tip design was uneven onall fingers. 2days later, the nails were cracking and moisture was getting inside soI had togo elsewhere toget them removed and redone. Everything felt rushed. Won’t begoing back

I enjoy coming here, sopeaceful and relaxing… noloud noises orfeeling rushed…its abit pricey but well worthit. Imalways greeted when iwalkin, inever wait long toget serviced.. ask for Helen orlisa but any ofthem would beable tohelp you with asmile.

I recommend this nail salon toeveryone who compliments mynails!!! There are some very talented artists here who have brought every requested nail design tofruition. Iappreciate their thoroughness and attention todetail. I’ve been here three times sofar and amvery pleased with mydecision tomake Bellagio mygoto. From the beautiful atmosphere tothe quality service, itis worth the value!

I had mynails replenished Sunday. Ifelt that the technician were filling alittle too much, but Ialso trusted she knew what she was doing. ByWednesday night nails began breaking off one byone. Today isSaturday, Ihave lost three nails.....Out oftown

I scheduled anappointment aweek inadvance and when Icamein, they said myname wasn’t onthe list. They said the person who Iwas scheduled with just started atwo hour appointment with the EXACT SAME services that Icalled and scheduled for atthe EXACT SAME time. The only reason why Istill gois because there’s only one person there that can actually donails right. Been totwo other people and itlooks like afive year old put globs ofdip powder over mynails with absolutely noshape.
